SUMMARY: This CHANGE proposal seeks to create a slash course with BA 454 and add HYBRID as a schedule type.

**THIS PROPOSAL IS ALSO ADDING HYBRID AS A SCHEDULE TYPE. **

APA has
1) Changed the Course Long Title from "Lean Enterprise Mgt & Capstone" TO "Lean Enterprise Management and Capstone."
2) Removed "Steaming Media". Registrar does not require this Schedule Type.


All Components are met per the Faculty Senate Curriculum Council guidelines.
