SUMMARY: This CHANGE proposal seeks to change the Course Credits from "4" to "3".

**THIS PROPOSAL IS ALSO ADDING HYBRID AS A SCHEDULE TYPE. **

APA has:
1) Effective Term is Winter 2018. Deadline to the Registrar's Office was Nov 9, 2017. The Effective Term has been changed from Winter 2018 to Spring 2018.
2) Changed the Justification's "f2f" to "face-to-face".
3) Removed "Steaming Media". Registrar does not require this Schedule Type.
4) Added the Prereq Logic to the proposal. Information was taken from the Syllbus.

All Components are met per the Faculty Senate Curriculum Council guidelines.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for determining the effective date of Category II proposals. The determination is made based upon the ability to complete the request prior to the registration dates for the effective term being proposed.

Description:
Explores modeling methods for design, analysis, execution and integration of supply chains. Introduces students to a variety of modeling and optimization techniques for the analysis of strategic, tactical and operational supply chain problems, including demand forecasting, risk analysis, revenue management, distribution and facility location.
