Justification:
This course is needed and will be one of the many required lower division courses in the new Tourism Recreation and Adventure Leadership (TRAL) program at OSU-Cascades in Bend. The course will replace and/or augment existing Central Oregon Community College (COCC) classes from its TRAL curriculum and moves the program to a stand along 4-year degree program.
