SUMMARY: This proposal is being returned. Our records show Proposal 99728 was returned by Vicki Tolar-Burton, WIC Director, requesting corrections be made to the Syllabus. Our office recommends continuing the process with Proposal 99728 (found in your "My Proposals" file in the CPS).

Since the proposal is in your queue you are able to change the Prereqs to what you want, make the corrections requested by Ms. Tolar-Burton, and continue the review process for SOIL 395.

The Effective Term of Proposal 99728 can be changed once it arrives in the Registrar's Office.

APA recommends cancelling this proposal (102205) and continue with Proposal 99728 to completion.

If you have any questions, please contact me at 7-9560.

Proposal

Proposal ID: 102205
Type: Change Course
Effective Term: Winter 2018
Justification:
SOIL 395 serves a diverse population of students both on campus and online. We have received feedback from advisers that broadening the courses satisfying the chemistry requirement (i.e. allowing courses other than just CH 121) would simplify student registration. The original intent of the CH 121 requirement was that students had taken "a chemistry course", not CH 121 specifically. This proposal corrects that error.
